iZotope technology is available for integration into your device or application as part of iZotope's extensive licensing and custom development program.

iZotope was founded in 2001, born out of MIT research in audio signal processing. Over the years, we've developed a wide collection of audio processing algorithms and tools. We offer this technology to other companies through our licensing program, in combination with flexible consulting services to make sure it's a perfect fit for their Windows, Mac or embedded DSP application or device, including Intel-based Mac and x64.

Based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, iZotope works with companies ranging from multinational Fortune 500 companies to single engineers and musicians. Over the years, many companies have come to rely on our research and development, product design, and long-term support to help improve and differentiate their products.

The iZotope R&D team is constantly researching novel technology and tools which we productize with our extensive industry and technical experience. We're working to bring cutting edge research to practical industry applications today.

By licensing a single technology to many companies, we're able to invest resources into the development that no single company would be willing to spend. As a result, our technologies push the envelope of industry expectations & standards, benefitting our clients, their customers, and the market.

iZotope has worked with companies in many industries including Music, Film, TV & Radio Broadcast, Corporate A/V, Consumer Electronics, Business Software Applications, and Telecommunications.

iZotope depends on the academic community and the research it's done through the years, so we feel it's important to give back. We are dedicated to our mutual relationship with our customers, clients, & industry, and we believe a key aspect of this is education. To this end, iZotope has published guides to understanding Audio Mastering, Dither, Distortion, as well as presented papers on topics such as Multiresolution Processing Techniques.
